My name is Samantha Fazzini, and I’ve been a licensed barber for more than twelve years. After spending years working in different shops, I realized how often people were rushed through their appointments. The atmosphere felt off, the service felt impersonal, and the experience didn’t match what clients deserved. I wanted something better for the people who sat in my chair, so in 2024 I opened RightWay Barber Co. to do things the way they should be done.

RightWay is located inside Simply Suite Salon in Downtown Naperville, just off East Jefferson. I’ve been part of the Naperville community for more than five years and have worked with clients from all over the western suburbs. Being here helped shape the kind of shop I wanted to build. Relaxed, honest, and focused on real skill without shortcuts or hype.

My goal is simple. Deliver a clean, modern cut with real attention to detail and create an experience where clients feel taken care of. Every haircut includes a massaging shampoo, an infused hot towel, a straight razor neck shave when appropriate, and a shoulder massage at no extra cost. This is the RightWay experience, and it matters to me.

I want clients to feel comfortable, confident, and heard. People come to me for precision, consistency, and an easy vibe that feels more personal than most shops. No gimmicks. No cheesy barber talk. Just solid work at a fair price.
